COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint, please let us know in writing so we can address the matter promptly and fairly. Complaints can be submitted via email to The Complaints Officer, Christopher Budd, at chris@redleaffinance.com.au.

To help us investigate your concerns efficiently, please include as much detail as possible when outlining your complaint.

Staying Updated

Once you have lodged a complaint, you are welcome to contact us at any time for an update on its progress. Please refer to your earlier communication so we can assist you efficiently.

How we handle your complaint

We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, and where we can, we will address your concerns immediately.

If we are unable to resolve the matter straight away, we will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 days and continue working toward a fair and timely resolution.

If our investigation extends beyond 45 days, we will write to explain the delay and provide an expected timeframe for completion.

When our investigation is complete, we will provide you with a written outcome and the reasons for our decision.

TAKING IT FURTHER

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if you have not heard from us within 45 days, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) — an independent external dispute resolution scheme.
